The loving given to Harold was long and strong, while the suffering mercifully short. He was preceded in death by his sister Lois Baker. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Mary Gene; and his children, Margi Vonk, Doug Oxsen and Carolyn Oxsen; and his adopted children, Beth Schmidt and Tsion Alemayehu.
